SentryLogic.com – End User Terms and Conditions

These End User Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of the SentryLogic.com Monitoring System (“Service”) provided by Red Tree Systems, LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
1.2 Account Registration: To access the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
1.3 Access Rights: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
1.4 Restrictions: You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Resell or sublicense the Service to any third party without written permission from us.
- Data and Privacy
2.1 Data Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
2.2 Data Security: We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data as required by applicable law.

- Fees and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees: Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees as specified in your order or account.
3.2 Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change fees upon 30 days’ notice.
3.3 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.
- Service Availability and Support
4.1 Uptime: We aim to maintain [99.9%] uptime for the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice and emergency maintenance as needed.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service and any documentation or software provided are owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
- Term and Termination
6.1 Term: This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
6.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time through your user settings or by contacting support.
6.3 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of this Agreement or for any other reason with 14 days’ notice.
6.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your data unless directed otherwise by you in writing.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
- General
8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
8.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
8.3 Amendments: We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
