2.1.a How we use your Personal Account Information: These items are used for billing of SentryLogic.com services used and as individual contact information if you elect to use any SentryLogic.com alarm notification or report delivery services.
We may also use your contact information to send you service-related announcements and updates.
You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
2.1.b Who can access your Personal Account Information: These items are strictly not shared with any third parties. They are available to you for viewing, updating or deleting by logging into your secure account at any time. They are also made available to the system administrators and services of SentryLogic.com only as needed to perform functions within the SentryLogic.com system.
2.1.c User Account Passwords: Access to your SentryLogic.com user account is secured by a password that you create. Passwords are stored as encrypted data in our system and can not be made accessible to, or be unencrypted by, other users or administrators of SentryLogic.com. Only you can set or change the secure password for your account.
2.1.d What happens when your account is terminated: Upon termination of your account, either by you or by SentryLogic.com administrators, all of your Personal Account Information will be permanently deleted.
2.2 Monitored System(s) Data: You determine which data items from your buildings/systems you would like SentryLogic.com to receive, monitor and analyze. These typically consist of:
2.2.a Who can access your Monitored System(s) Data: These data items are available for your use to produce analytic trends and reports as part of the services you elect. They are strictly not shared with any third parties, unless authorized by you explicitly in writing.
Monitored System(s) Data can also be made available for similar use by other persons you specifically designate when you create additional, individual user accounts for them.
Administrators of SentryLogic.com may also use these data items to produce analytic trends and reports used to improve the performance of SentryLogic.com services.
2.2.b What happens when your account is terminated: Your Monitored System(s) Data may be retained for a reasonable period determined by the SentryLogic.com administrators so that it can be deleted as part of normal system maintenance procedures.
We may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We may update this Data and Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or by other means.
